Airset is a venture studio for founders and early-stage teams. We design, build, and back products until they find their market — then we help them hold it.
Brand identity, product design, and interface systems. We give early ventures the clarity of a company twice their age — because in the first year, credibility is a feature.
Full-stack product engineering built for speed of learning, not just speed of shipping. Weekly releases, tight instrumentation, and an architecture that won't fight your pivot.
We invest in a subset of what we build — cash and sweat, on founder-friendly terms. When Airset takes equity, our incentives are yours: nothing pays until it sets.
Every venture starts as vapor — a hunch, a deck, a domain name. We pressure-test it in weeks, not quarters: problem interviews, throwaway prototypes, and honest kill criteria agreed up front.
Output → validated problem, or a fast no
The build. Brand, product, and go-to-market shipped in tight loops by a senior team embedded with yours. We measure pull, not output — usage that comes back without being asked.
Output → live product, first paying users
Product–market fit is a phase transition, not a milestone. When retention holds and demand compounds, we help you scale the team, the stack, and the round — and step back as you take over.
Output → PMF, hiring plan, raise-ready

Placeholder cards — swap in real ventures as they set.
Most investors see a deck. We see the codebase, the churn curve, and the founder at 11pm on a Tuesday. Building alongside a team is the deepest diligence there is — so when we write a cheque, it's conviction, not coverage.
We say yes to a handful of ventures a year. Some we co-found from zero. Some come to us with air and leave with a company. All of them get the same standard: we only win when it sets.
Air is cheap.
Set is earned.
Send whatever you have — a deck, a Loom, three paragraphs, a napkin photo. We read everything and reply within 48 hours.
